"This is the worst place and most uninformed agents you could work with. I recommend going anywhere else where they understand the insurance they are providing you not just trying to collect more money"

"Would never deal with them again. They kept going up on my insurance was paying over 600 for 2 cars, and a house police had never done a claim, and after I put a claim, they didn't want to pay for the rental car"

"Worthless. They say one price and charge another. Unable to send a tow truck when a vehicle breaks down on the street, even though we pay every month. Now I understand why SO MANY folks drive dirty, even though I don't condone that."

"I am sorry that your experience was not as most of my customers. The Rate change is due to driving records and so many other factors. However, please reach out to me directly at the office and I will help to reduce that. We rely on local towing companies to provide the service and during storm situations it does take long time for them to respond. We apologize for the incontinence. "

"If there was negative stars,I would rate it -5 stars. Worst customer service ever. My uncle passed away with life ins policy through PD and I called and called left message after message and not one returned for nearly a month,until I filed a complaint then PD reached out, he wants to make things right. First impression lasting impression horrible service. I had to reach out to my state farm agent to assist me in the life insurance policy after waiting a month for a return call.its unacceptable during such a horrible time in someones life. I hope nobody treats your family like that after you pass away .reply :I was the beneficiary you would of known that if you looked into it at all,so whatever excuse you want to make up go ahead, unprofessional again with the lies . You didn't try to help me until I filed a complaint,let's be honest PD. You don't know facts , he passed in beginning of Nov called you throughout December I didn't reach out to my state farm agent until late dec those are facts, nobody else was involved."
We responded:
"Once again, we apologize for the confusion. By Law & guidelines, we cannot share information without authorization from beneficiary or spouse. I personally have tried to help you. When policies get transferred and we do not have access, there is nothing me or my team can do. Irrespective of facts, My team still should have been more sensitive and responsive towards you and your family. We learned from it and plan to do better. Sorry for your loss. We pray for peace and strength."

"Gave 1 to many stars.. horrible agent does not return calls, during one of the toughest times when someone passes away and has deal with life insurance but for the agent to never return a call,or help to file claim.. waiting for a return call since November 10,2022...left 3 messages during that time..go somewhere they care about you and your loved ones any other state farm,but not this guy..I was able to get my state farm agent to assist me. Call Steve hargrove in wyandotte awesome customer service,ladies in office are incredibly nice and they answer the phone and return calls. Reply: no there was no other agent involved, you were the agent not returning calls for over a month left me no other choice to reach out to another agent.who was able to handle the situation in a very professional, timely manner."

"John We are disappointed with your review & this is not at all reflection of my team. We have tried to reach you many times. Unfortunately, you had another agent involved and that delayed the process. We can still help you. Please call and ask for me directly. "

"I have an IRA Roth account with PD State Farm. Only PD can access my account and no one else within his facility that answers the phone can review or assist with my account. PD is NEVER available and takes days to return a phone call. Working with PD has been a horrible experience. If you have a vested interest with your retirement account, DO NOT include it with this agency."

"Aminah... I have personally spoken to you several times. We did send you document to sign but you rejected. I apologize for the confusuion. As discussed in the call, corporate office is taking care of the things for you. We wish you the best."
